Over het evenement
Loneliness is an overwhelming, frightening and numbing state of being. It always lingers on. You can also feel detached in a city where you don't know anyone and you don't speak the language. Or You may even feel lonely surrounded by people.
Do you ever feel alone during your study abroad? Do you miss more genuine connection? Do you want to learn how to handle this emotion better? And do you want to meet nice people who are in a similar situation?
Come and discover it in the cozy and mental safe haven Broeinest. Sofie of Broeinest organizes psychosocial workshops for students, focused on resilience & connection. In a fun way she wants to help students grow in terms of autonomy & personal development. With the use of genuine encounters, open connection and the feeling of being part of a group, Broeinest created a novel concept where students are allowed to join in, feel accepted and help each other grow. This specific group dynamic offers the recognition that we are more the same than different, which brings relief. Central is the calming of doubts & inner pressure and hidden strengths can be (re)discovered.
Broeinest provides tools through interesting coaching methods that each of you can use to take further steps in life. Group coaching at Broeinest provides inner peace and direction.
